Graduating Class of 2008, Artist/Content Creator
1. Was CMM your first choice?
Yes it was.
2. What is your most memorable moment in CMM?
We were the first batch that did the iconic lipsync youtube videos. You can see baby MunahHirzi on their first Youtube video for "I'll be There For You". I regret nothing in CMM except that haircut on that video.
3. What is one thing you learnt in CMM, which is now an unconscious standard practice in your life?
I think having fun and taking pride in your craft was a key principle my cohort had every project work. Every work we produced was to show up the best of our efforts and I definitely take that value with me everywhere I go now.
4. How did CMM prepare you for your current job now?
It introduced me to Youtube and if anybody wants to blame anyone for my tyranny on Youtube, they can speak to the manager of CMM. Hahahaha.
5. What does CMM mean to you?
CMM is forever a huge part of nostalgia and the first place I was truly free and creative. I started becoming my person in CMM and everything else from there was just my authentic self-growth.
6. If you could turn back time and give one piece of advice to your younger self in CMM, what would it be?
Pay attention in Essential Graphics.
